Following an extensive career in the finance sector, Richard has worked with Lumin on a range of projects over the last 10 years. He has considerable financial and research experience, with skills related to this project: design and implementation of primary and secondary research, analysis of financial information, reports and budgets, use of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analysing financial performance, preparation of financial forecasts, cost and benefit analysis. He is skilled at using national and regional data sets to generate community insights at a range of levels.
